The buying process that we at e-stateAgents.com follow, is a simple but effective one that allows us to maximise our efficiency whilst dealing with your interest in a property.

  • Register your details with us by registering your details on the form provided.
  • We will email you all property that is available from that you have specified, we will not send you details of houses that you have not expressed interest in. We aim to ensure that when you receive property details you have enough information and photographs to feel that you have been to the property already.
  • If you see a property that you would like to see we will arrange with the owner for you to visit. At this stage we will require details that finance is available to you by either confirmation from us or from the Mortgage Intermediary of your choice. We do this so that we can cut out unnecessary viewings.
  • When you find the home that you want an offer is made by you to the owner. We will call the owner and also send them email to confirm. Feedback from the owner will be given to you. Once an offer is accepted we will send email/letters to you, the owner, your solicitor and the owners solicitor.
  • The next step is for the solicitor to initiate the searches and at the same time a qualified surveyor instructed by your Mortgage lender will inspect the property. This inspection will give the current market value and establish whether the sale price is reasonable to the condition of the property. A mortgage offer should then be issued within approximately seven working days.
  • Once searches are in, contracts will be signed and exchanged. A completion date that is suitable with both parties will also be confirmed.
  • Once the date is confirmed funds from your lender will be requested by your solicitor for that date.
  • Completion.
