How much will it cost me to sell my home with e-stateAgents.com?

We only charge £199 up front inclusive of home information pack. We keep our fees low as we do not have premises to pay for therefore reflecting the cost back to you.

Your fee is alot less then the High Street Agents, does that mean that it will not be marketed the same?

We do not have the overheads that High Street Agent has this why we charge less. Your property will still appear on major portals on the internet and on online local newspapers exactly where the High Street Agents market them.

What's the difference between e-stateAgents.com and the High Street agents?

The only significant difference is the fee! Your property will be marketed on major property websites the same as any agent would do. We do all the work that an agent would do to sell your property. We are making it easier for you to sell your property. We will ensure that prospective buyers have seen enough of your property from our advertising that they feel that they have already been to your home.

What if I need to speak to someone during the sale of my home?

With the marketing and the updates that you receive we hope that you will not need to call. However you will be designated an experienced local Executive who will answer any of your queries. Once your property is on the market with us we will provide you with personal email addresses and telephone numbers for you to contact should there be any problems.

How will I be notified of viewings?

We will call you and email you with the prospective buyer's full details to arrange appointments when they are convenient for you. Remember our aim is to avoid the unnecessary viewings so we will ensure that any viewings will be for people who are interested in your property. We will also ensure that they can obtain proof that the finance is available before they come to view. Also we will make no pushy sales calls or visits.

What are the fees if I use another agent also?

Our fee remains the same whether for sole or multi agency, however please ensure you check what fee the other agents will charge.
